Do live TV streaming services make cord cutting worth effort?

I've been live streaming and focusing on downloading for well over two years now and I don't miss it at all. I have nice 55" in the living room that just sits there most of the time
I cut the cord a couple of years ago and services like SlingTV that provides live TV streaming is indeed worth it to "me"....
