-The iPhone 6s has a 5mp camera and the SE a 1,2mp one

The form factor is different. The SE has more the shape and look of the 5s. The 6s has the newer "thin" rounded edges.

They both have the 12mp iSight camera. However, the 6s Facetime Camera has 5mp photos while the SE Facetime Camera has 1.2mp photos just like the 6 and 6 Plus.
