Did something change with Screen On Time in iOS 12?

Before updating to ios 12 my screen on time in the battery settings was about 8 hours with some heavy usage. After it keeps showing that I get to around 4 hours. Did they change something with how it is added or is it some problem with my phone?

I have screen time setup but I always forget to look at it. Hopefully someone with some experience will chime in soon.
