Dev Beta on Public Beta Account?

I am signed up for the High Sierra Public Beta Program and have noticed that the latest beta is listed as a Developer Beta and not Public Beta under Updates. Why would the Developer Beta install and not the Public Beta?

Same going on here as well hopefully it’s just a snafu because my iTunes isn’t showing the dev version update
