Constant crashing with Safari on ipad

I have to turn off JavaScript to read this site and forums because the ads makes safari crash. Pretty much every time the page loads it is sluggish because of some ad running animations. 9 of 10 times this ends with Safari reloading the tab because it has crashed, which reloads the ads and crashes again!

Im understand that you need revenue but these google ads needs to die.. They are largely irrelevant, sluggish, annoying and sometimes even "dangerous ".

Agreed. iMore has crashed Safari more than a few times, mostly at random. Doesn't iMore vet incoming ads? I mean, why would any site display third party material without checking it first?
