I just want to ask a simple question. I dont know if I am the only one that is noticing this but when I am charging my iPhone 12 Pro max its usually with the fast charger with the usb-c. it does charge in a fast significant time. I feel like when it gets to 99% it takes forever for it to get to 100% is it just me or anyone else notice this?

That is normal behaviour. Once a lithium-ion battery is nearly fully charge, it can’t accept energy at the same rate than when it is at half-charge; otherwise, it would put the battery in a non-safe working condition.

Normal. It's been like that on all my iPhones going back to iPhone 4.
Actually, I notice it starts to slow down at around 90% or so.

The last few %%% is called trickle charging and is inherent to charging batteries in general.
Don’t worry, it’s all normal.
Charge your phone whenever wherever.
I’ve tried charging once a day, going from 100 to 0 and 0 to 100 and charging every few hours for a few minutes.
The battery lasts all the same and battery life doesn’t suffer under it.

Therefore, my advice is, charge whenever wherever however. It doesn’t matter.
