Cant recieve pictures on 4s

Ok. Phones are all 4s.i get all pictures from one friend but anything from other friend comes up as "content was removed because your handheld cannot display it ".My iphone is with Telus others are with sasktell.It seems like sasktell iphone has problems sending pictures to any Alberta number.had blackberry before and never had that problem.Any help would be appreciated.Thats the one phone from sasktell .Other iphone right beside him can send anything to me.

It may be a issue with the different carriers. Try getting someone else with the other carrier to send you an image and see if that works.
