Can I use Outlook for my email on iPad Mini?

I use Outlook for my email is on IPad mini

With IOS 7 I could look at my email just fine on the IPad or go to my laptop and access perfectly..since I updated to IOS 8..I can receive emails and the sender and subject line is displayed on the IPad but nothing else displays so they can't be read. Any suggestions?

1. Reboot your iPad and try again.
2. If that doesn't work, delete the email account from the device and then set it back up again on the device.
3. If that doesn't work, create an iCloud and/or iTunes backup and then restore your device via iTunes and set it up as a new device and NOT from a backup.
