Can I open search results in the Apple Maps app?

When I search for addresses in Safari, tapping the results opens the Google Maps website, or the Google Maps app if it's installed. Is it possible to have them open the iOS Maps app instead?

Not if the website you're using to search is pulling from Google maps. The best thing to do is just copy the address and paste it into Apple maps. That, or you can search for it in Apple maps, but you may not find what you want there since Apple's database is so slim.
