Bill Gates internal email reveals shock and awe at iTunes Store deal

An email sent by Bill Gates to Microsoft employees has revealed the high regard in which he held Steve Jobs, and how impressed he was with Apple's iTunes store back in 2003. Gates told employees "we need to move fast" to try and build a competing service.
