Apple Watch (WatchOS 4.2 15S102) can't create reminders

I used to be able to tell Siri to create a reminder for me on my Apple Watch Series 3. Now, it does understand my speech input, Siri just tells me "I Wasn't able to create your reminder. Sorry about that." or "Sorry ..., I wasn't able to create the reminder.", which is quite annoying. Any ideas? I hope resetting isn't the only solution...
