Apple Watch Sport Series 2 42mm

Was wondering if $220 for a Series 2 42mm Sport Watch with AppleCare is worth it? I have a Series 1 38mm now and can get at least $140 for it.

Assuming the watch condition is satisfactory, $80 to upgrade sounds like a good deal to me.

The fact that it is called "Sport" would be the only worry for me. "Sport" was only used as a branding for the original series watch. I'd want to make sure that the back actually said "Series 2"
