Apple Music "For You" not working on iOS 11.3

I discovered that since downloading 11.3 yesterday, the Apple Music app on the "for you" tab just shows a spinning wheel and says "loading." I've left it that way for an hour, no change. All the advice out there is for when Apple Music doesn't work, but everything else works fine. Likewise, the "for you" tab works fine on my MacBook. Its just on my iPhone where it doesn't work.

Any ideas?

Works fine in my iPad 12.9. Here is what I see.

You might try Reset All Settings.

Go to Settings >General >Reset >Reset All Settings. This resets to default everything in Settings, including notifications, alerts, brightness, and clock settings like wake up alarms.

Just shooting some ideas here:
1. Force close the Music app and open it again to check if it works.

if that doesn’t work, then

2. Disable Music in Settings > Music, restart the device and enable music again.

Just tried both, still no luck:
