apple id and passcode changed

I changed my email and passcode for my apple id but my phone keeps asking me to enter the passcode for my id under the old addresswhen I go to setting and try to change the email I get a message telling me that I will loose my photos, etc..

Welcome to iMore! I'm not sure what, exactly, you have done and what you have not done.
When you change your ID, it will ask you for your old ID. It's a security measure. So did you change your ID? If so, why do you say "when I go to change my ID...".? You can manage your ID here:
