I changed my email and passcode for my apple id but my phone keeps asking me to enter the passcode for my id under the old addresswhen I go to setting and try to change the email I get a message telling me that I will loose my photos, etc..

When you change your ID, it will ask you for your old ID. It's a security measure. So did you change your ID? If so, why do you say "when I go to change my ID...".? You can manage your ID here:
