Not sure if this is the right forum or not....feel free to move if it isn't.
My brother in law has some ideas for app development, however he is a PC guy. From what he has read, you need a Mac to use the software to develop apps for the iPhone - is this correct? He doesn't really have the $1,000+ to spend to buy a Mac, are there any other options out there?
