I have used Netflix on both my iPad & iPhone. I live & work in great AT&T 3G coverage areas and haven't experienced any lag, YMMV.

Use it on my iPhone 4 over WiFi and 3G, Wife's iPhone 4, the iPad and my son's iPod touch without any issues.

I have similar experiences as iErick and j7469, it's been pretty smooth on both Wifi and 3G ( surprisingly ).

I think it works great, the quality is definitely better over Wi-Fi though.

I use it every single day on both 3G and WiFi and have never lagged a single time. The quality is great too!

I use it on my iphone4 over 3g and my iPad over Sprints 4g and it is smooth on both.

my plays for 30 secs then skips back about 5 seconds. it does that once then play the rest of the movie smoothly

I'm using it on my 3g. Works great except movies with subtitles lack the subtitles.

eher, yup, not lag. but I had installed the ipad version some time ago through a hack and could watch streaming movies on my TV. The new version for iphone does not support this function. Total useless I have gone back to the hacked version.
