I don't believe they have a planned date. However you can purchase an iPhone and have it unlocked online.

The factory unlocked iPhone is out and has been out for sometime. It is the CDMA model sold by VZW.

From what I gather, the AT&T iPhones are not unlocking anymore. My coworker bought 2 last week for him and his wife and they did not unlock. And yes he paid full price.

Don't think so but you can get it unlocked for under $5.

Yup. I used unlock fusion to unlock my iPhone 5 64GB. They were great.
