An additional name is showing up in list of devices.. how can I get rid of it?

This is complicated so please bear with me. I was at a family function Friday evening when my cousin Lee showed me something weird on his phone. This is definitely his phone and he’s completely above board. Apparently, as a joke, one of our nephews somehow added another cousin’s name into the list of device’ owners. This is difficult to explain so I’ll do my best. When my cousin Lee, the owner of the phone, was pairing a new set of AirPods instead of being listed as Lee’s AirPods, they showed up as Sally’s AirPods. We can’t figure out how to correct this, nor can we figure out how to find Sally’s name from the device. Any thoughts/feedback would be welcome.
