A couple of questions regarding iPhone SE

1. Do the new units come with iOS 10 preinstalled?
2. How likely is it to have one with the rattle issue? How bad is it?
3. If there are people complaining about the rattle issue does it mean many of the units have it or is it just confirmation bias?

1.) Yes
2.) An extremely small number of units had a power button rattle. I owned two and had no rattle so can not tell you how bad it supposedly was.
3.) I would guess it to be an extremely small amount. If it had been a real problem for Apple they would have recalled the phone to fix the issue. Remember that what you read on the web is generally from people having issues. Not often someone will post something to say their phone is working great.

From what I read the home button rattle was barely noticeable. Nonetheless, if you experience the rattle and it's bothering you take your iPhone back to Apple.
