109 days between US carriers release and unlocked version

No because there was an unlocked version available on Sept 19th. All you had to do is pay full price.

You cannot say it is the official Apple "unlocked" model or version when you are reselling it and this model add more radios for Far East use.

In other words, it not factory unlocked if you purchase the T-Mobile version.

There is only two U.S. Models: this model and the Verizon model that are "factory unlocked" models.
