I am really sorry. Here is the photos I promised.
Ooredoo Qatar started allowing customers to line up at 11:30 PM
Many people were mad because this branch had only 100 units available for sale that day and the first 100 customers were already given numbers
That was at 12:00 AM when Ooredoo Qatar started allowing customers to enter the store to either take their pre-ordered iPhone, or buy one of the 100 available iPhones.
A photo from inside the store which was taken at 1:00 AM.
Ooredoo didn't have much iPhone 6 Plus units because Apple didn't send much, most of the stock was the iPhone 6. Ooredoo didn't have any 128 GB in stock as they were all pre-ordered. They didn't have any 6 Plus white / silver in any storage space too as they were all pre-ordered.
This branch served 300 per-orders, most of those were 2 devices per order. Few were 3 devices and many had 1 device. There was another branch for serving the pre-orders too but I don't have any details about the number of pre-orders over there
By 1:30 AM many customers started leaving as all the 6 Plus units were sold out, only 6 was left in 16 and 64 GB. Out of all the people I saw leaving no one had a normal 6, all were 6 Plus.

Next day morning people started line ups in front of Vodafone Qatar stores as they still had few devices in stock. I could say at least 50 were there before the store even opened (Store opens 9 AM).
Vodafone kind of had more line ups because they were offering all karak (a traditional drink) and puns. Also offering everyone unlimited LTE plans for free for an entire year if they switch to postpaid, or even for their current postpaid customers.
Ooredoo on the other side offered 15 GB Internet plans for those who pre ordered their phone, but nothing for new sales. Ooredoo is selling based on their strongest 4G signal (at least 70% is fully covered with 4G LTE Cat4 which offers up to 150 MBPS)
Here is a speed test from my home
QNB which is the national bank of Qatar started accepting iPhone 6 and 6 Plus pre-orders as they are partnering with Starlink which is owned by ooredoo. Starlink will fulfill all the pre-orders next Wednesday night.
