How can I get Siri to hear me?

have i phone 6 siri worked fine but now cant hear me

1. If the iPhone has a case over it, make sure that it or anything else is not covering the mic.
2. Go to Setting → General → Siri and then make sure the toggle next to "Siri" is enabled.
