I dont generally invite people to meetings in Outlook unless they ask me to. I can't figure out how to schedule a meeting (I like to call them "Meeting w/ Bob Smith") without actually emailing Bob Smith.
Does anyone know the phrase I need to use? I tried variations of "Set up meeting", "Set appointment", "Add to calendar", etc.
