Using Siri to make appt WITHOUT sending invite

I dont generally invite people to meetings in Outlook unless they ask me to. I can't figure out how to schedule a meeting (I like to call them "Meeting w/ Bob Smith") without actually emailing Bob Smith.

Does anyone know the phrase I need to use? I tried variations of "Set up meeting", "Set appointment", "Add to calendar", etc.

Check to make sure I'm right about this, but when I was testing, it wouldnt send the invite if I entirely avoided the words "meeting," "appointment," and "with." So, "meeting: Bob" or "lunch with Bob" both would send invites, but "lunch: Bob," which uses none of those three key words, sent no invite. Kind of seems like Siri should just ask first.
