Why can't I open the library in my Photos App?

Photos App - The Library Could Not Be Opened

I have done the following to get to this point following Renee's post .../how-import-multiple-libraries-photos-os-x

- Opened my iPhoto library in Aperture
- Imported my Aperture Library
- Opened it in Photos App
- Photos crashed after opening (within 20-30 seconds) multiple times
- Repaired the library by opening Photos with Command-Option pressed

Now when I open Photos I get the subject line error message

Does anyone have any suggestions?
