In this scenario, Bobcat Essentials and Technology Depot are combining into a unified retail operation that will offer everything from textbooks and computers to academic supplies, digital accessories and apparel.
We have to devise a full business plan...we HAVE that part done. But what we don't have..is a name for the new unified business.
