This would be great to carry around the school district to do be able to do "desk work" while going from school to school instead of having to drag my laptop around. I can also see this being very helpful for taking notes at the school board meetings as well.

if i had to guess, he didn't like how deleting a message from the mail app on the phone wouldn't actually delete it but archive it to the All Mail folder in gmail. gmail as exchange is not able to actually delete a message when it is done from the phone.... it just strips the Inbox label...

ya... when you connect to your laptop and it prompts you to update, just click cancel or download only (if you actually want to download the ipsw for 4.3.2, that is). backup and sync will work just fine with your jb as long as you don't accept the update.
