Is there a way to save info to the original file in the Mac Photos app? Specifically, I add keywords to pictures in the Photos app and want to save them to the original file. I know the point of Photos is to not modify the original, but if I ever want to use my pictures in another application...

Thanks, Keith...any idea how they decide on the sort order? Other than the NH photos always going to the bottom, all other photos, including others from NH and other places are all sorted by date in collections.

It doesn't work. I tried. Even tried changing artist name. Spoke with Apple support, and they said that won't make a difference because the songs are identified by a unique identifier that doesn't change when changing any of the "get info" data.

I spoke to another apple support rep a little later, and they said the 25,000 limit is only for uploaded songs that aren't available in the iTunes library. With 30 million songs in the iTunes library, I wonder how someone could have 25,000 songs of their own.

I guess. I can maybe understand if you have a studio album then a greatest hits with the same exact song, but if you have a live album or re-mastered song, that's a totally different song.

I was having a problem adding songs to my music library from the same artist, with the same name on different albums, so I called Apple support and was told that Apple Music users will not be able to add multiple songs from the same artist to their library, even if they're on different albums...

Problem: You're on iOS and add to My Music a studio album from "Band X", with 10 different song titles. Then, if you try to add to My Music a live album or greatest hits type album from the same band, the new album will add fine to iOS, but when viewed in iTunes, any songs with the same name...
