Week 2 results
I've set my goal at losing 3 lbs a week, by using the app myfitnesspal, and by doing 30 minutes of cardio a day. This week like the previous 3 have been a success. I'm down 18 lbs in 4 weeks now. My
Goal is to get to 155, my college weight, by June 1 (beach vacation). 28 lbs to go.
