    Week 3 This week I'm upping my workout routine to include more weight training in addition to the 30 mins of cardio every day. I've lost 21 lbs in the first 6 weeks. Almost halfway to me goal.

    Mobile Nations Fitness month: Week 2 (iPod nano + iPad 3 giveaway!)

    Week 2 results I've set my goal at losing 3 lbs a week, by using the app myfitnesspal, and by doing 30 minutes of cardio a day. This week like the previous 3 have been a success. I'm down 18 lbs in 4 weeks now. My Goal is to get to 155, my college weight, by June 1 (beach vacation). 28 lbs to go.

    Week 1 results Starting watching calorie intake with the app myfitnesspal. It's super easy to keep track. I've cut out all liquid calories and doing 30 minutes of cardio ever day. Week 1 results-4lbs lost Overall goal is to return to college weight of 155, 30 lbs to go.
