I found an old iphone from my past, I think it's a iphone 2 or 3. Not sure of the iOS version either. I want to get past the initial setup so I can play around with it. I don't care about cell service. I am stopped at "Activating your iPhone" as it doesn't have a SIM card. Is there a way past this?

I recorded a couple of clips on iPhone 11, 4k, 60FPS. I edit the clips in iMovie and exported. It down graded it do 30FPS? How can I fix that? Thank you,

Re: Software or tool to export Live Photos? Hi- I'm sorry for the confusion, I've clarified the original post. When I said video, I meant the live photo. OneDrive makes a copy of the JPG and HEIC files but not the LivePhoto version of that photo.
