I'm really sorry to say this but 7+ is not an old Nokia phone. As Rob Phillips said, it will be much more expensive to fix this (if it's even possible) than to get a new device.

In that case I would suggest to try reinstalling iOS. Or just go to Apple Store to save time on troubleshooting.
