I was torn between i5 and i7 before. In the end, I went with 11" i5 with 256GB SSD as I think space is more important than speed. What I heard is that the speed difference between i5 and i7 isnt that noticeable. I just got it a few days ago. It is nice cool and fast. I am loving it.

I was debating whether to upgrade to 256GB or i7. In the end, I finally made up my mind to max the SSD out to 256GB. I think I will love it.

If i7 is significantly more powerful than i5, will it consume a lot more battery power than i5?

Hi I am going to get an new 11" MBA soon, but I am still debating whether to get i5 or i7. Some people say i7 has a lot more power and better battery life, but some claim i5 is not that much slower and cooler on the keyboard. Can someone who have used them offer me any advice? Many thanks.

Just got mine updated. The new UI is fantastic and this annotation toolbar thing, is very handy. Thanks for the input, developers.

Personally I do doubt Apple will announce iPad3 this year, but nothing is impossible. What I can say is I do like my iPad2 now and I dont think I will switch to 3 if it does come out this year.
