Yes that is the case. This device needs to be swapped out for a replacement asap. It doesn't sound like a new device either if someone has already installed software onto it.

That is a good idea about unlocking with Watch. I do that too.

I have the tendency to have falls and if it detects it and calls my husband that is important for me. I also monitor my sleep every night and I also track my steps. For me the fall detection is really important.

When I take my insulin I have to wait 30 mins to eat so I set a timer for either 20 or 25 mins depending on what I am going to eat to warn me when to heat my food. It is literally a life saver.
