Where did you hear that Verizon is letting us update on the 15th? I've spoken with the Concessions portion of Customer Care and two of my area's Verizon Account Managers and no one seems to know.
I'm an employee of indirect agent, so I unfortunately don't get as much "direct" information as direct agents. I understand if you don't want to copy and paste any confidential information, but is there anything else you can tell me about the 15th?
