    I believe apple removed the game centre app in iOS10 due to it's low popularity, however, game centre options can still be managed in the "settings" app. hope this helps:)

    My Ipad 2 still runs safari, youtube etc perfectly fine, running any modern game from the app store takes a toll on the performance however, i get ~10-20 fps on most 3D games while my 6s gets 60 fps. overall i think the ipad 2/3's have aged pretty well

    I believe you can go to the restrictions page and there is a setting to lock the screen on a desired app so unless you have the password you can not exit and switch apps.

    I believe there is an option in Mac's quicktime player to record iphone's screen, that could work,quicktime displays any actions you peform on your iphone live on the mac when the option is selected:)
