Has anyone installed the macOS High Sierra 10.13.3 Supplemental Update? I saw the update notice when I logged into to my work-related MacBook Air this morning. I've installed in on my personal MacBook Pro shortly thereafter without any issues. I'll update the MacBook Air after 5 PM today.

Installed on my MBA, went smooth, haven't seen any issues as of yet.

Same here. The update was quick and effortless. On top of that, everything continues to work smoothly like it did prior to the update.

My installation went off okay, but it took a few reboots to seemingly get all the ducks in a row - some weirdness with missing external drives, connectivity issues with my Thunderbolt gigabit ethernet, slow to boot to a full active desktop with all the icons present in the toolbar. Haven't yet checked all my usual apps to make sure they're okay, but the installation seems to have reclaimed some SSD space.
