Change Notification Sounds?

Hey guys,
Im sorry if this has already been asked or answered, I tried to find it but no luck.

I have a Mario Soundboard on my phone and I love all the noises except the default notification sound. It's annoying. I'm trying to change it through Ifile or something but can't figure out how. Can one of you please point me in the right direction so I can change that one sound?

Use Ringer&Tones from cydia...you can change every app's notification sounds with it...
