I bought iPhone 16GB, while I had to buy the 64GB version.
Now, I'm running low on disk space on my iPhone.
I have only 300MB left.
I saw in iFile that the tmp folder contains 1GB of data.
My question is if it's safe to delete all the files and folder in the tmp folder.
Maybe there is an app that can clean temp files safely?

No problem. iCleaner is a pretty awesome app. I usually run it every few days to keep my phone in good shape.

If the iPhone was a PC with a Windows-styled registry, I'd abstain from using any third party cleaner app. But since its an iPhone, I wouldn't be worried that iCleaner would break the iOS :) Otherwise, the surest way to free up space is to get rid of apps you rarely use (or app data such as podcasts, books, etc) - under Settings > General > Usage. Or cleaning up your Camera Roll. Here's a read on the topic: How to free up iPhone disk space
Major data drainer apps are Photos, Music (or for that matter Spotify), the Podcasts app (if you are a power podcast listener).

Try my app: "Memory & Disk Scanner" on Appstore. It cleans RAM and Disk on your device (iPhone/ipad). Let try and send me your feedback. Thank you and hope you love it.
