Do anyone know if there's an app that does this?

I'm looking for a app that shows how long the phone has been off the charger, similar to what android devices can do.

Do anyone know of any apps that does this?

Settings/General/Usage
scroll down and you will see "Time since last full charge"

this data is assuming you don't re-spring, which resets this data (once you re-spring all you'll see are dashes)..

Type "BatteryDoctorPro" in Cydia then hit search. Yes, it has Chinese in front of it, but it is in English. Amazing app IMO.
