Help me find a tweak

The other day I was watching tweaks on youtube and I stumbled upon one, but I am not sure of the name. I went through my entire youtube history and couldn't find it. Basically the tweaks function was that when a person received a text no banner popped up, instead of a banner, a preview of the text appeared right on the status bar. The time and the carrier name were removed for a few seconds to preview the text. If anyone has ever had an android it basically does the same function - the top of the status bar a preview of the message is shown for a brief second.
A banner does not appear at all, simply the text takes over the status bar for a few seconds.

If anyone knows what the name of this tweak is, much appreciated.

Now that you mention it, I think the dev of StatusBulletin might have stopped work on it to instead work with rpetrich on DietBulletin. If one isn't right, check the other!

EDIT: That's true. See the update here. I'd look at DietBulletin instead.
