I just came across SwipeSelection and find it to be amazingly useful.

It is free and there is a paid pro version. It allows you to move the cursor by swiping across the keyboard.

iCleaner works but I've had it crash me a time or two.

iFile works fine.

Bytafont 2 works perfectly.

Anything else I haven't used yet.

My favourite tweaks are
1) biolock - scan your finger to unlock apps
2) movie box- watch and download free movie.
3) virtual home- use the finger print scanner without tapping the home button.
4) Activator- gestures to activate jailbreak tweaks.
5) nitrous - body up your performance in all your apps.
6) ccsettings- apply settings into your control settings.
7) ayecon theme. Best theme ever !
8) random icon flip - your apps flip randomly.
9) icon bounce- icons bouncing on the dock.
10) bitesms. Loving it. SMS client that is far better than apples original messaging app
