Toggles?

I installed intelliscreenX and SBsettings and for some reason don't have any toggles in my notification bar? I want wifi and Bluetooth etc as toggles any help for this jailbreak noob is appreciated.

What I just did

Settings - IntelliScreenX - Notification Center -

In IntelliScreenX Top Shelf, there should be ISX QuickSettings

Edit and Drag it down to Notification Center

It was there the whole time just hidden

Found it can't seem to move other toggles up to what I want?

Did you try and drag it up? I don't think you can add apps or anything.

Yeah I will hold it longer maybe that is it? Don't know I can delete what I want up there but not add?

Hold the grabber (three bars on the right) until it detaches from its list. Then you can drag it up.
