So I just updated to iso 6.1 and did not know my iPhone 4s would become locked again... With the r sim 7
Will it work? It's locked to sprint again

I would have to say your chances are small. Updating the software updates the baseband, which is why the sim interposer isn't working. You may have to look into other options like an IMEI unlock.
