Still having double SMS tone sounds?

I included a recording of the issue above.

Basically every 3rd text, my iphone makes this sound.

It's right up there on my top jailbreak annoyances right next to the white icons (which can at least be fixed with a few resprings)

Other friends have similar issues. Any fix or knowledge?

EDIT: To clarify, in the recording, I send one text to myself without the sound, the a second with the issue...

Any chance you have a tweak installed that has to do with SMS alerts and/or custom tones?

He had a tweak that I had tried a few months ago to no avail, but this fix works!
