Cydia still bogged down?

I jailbroke last night and everything went fine. Took forever to load cydia first time but that's to be expected with such a new and big jailbrake. Downloaded a few tweaks just fine but sbsettings and winterboard I keep getting http errors. Problem with my jailbrake or just cydia overload?

in cydia are you seeing a red one over changes down at the bottom where the docked icons would be?

Yea that was there and I did the upgrade.
