Downloaded Podcast Root Location

I downloaded a video podcast on my iPhone, and lost wifi connection halfway through the download, killing the download. However, the file is still in my "videos" app, and if I try and redownload it, iTunes says 'downloaded'

My question is; where is the root location for this downloaded incomplete podcast.

Isn't it usually stored in var/mobile/media? Not sure...
