Does anyone have any info on whether or not someone is working on the 5.1 untethered JB? From what I understand, the wait shouldn't be that long. I'm curious to try the iPhoto app, but I sure as heck don't want to lose PDAnet and my other apps in trade!

The Tethered jailbreak for iOS 5.1 is out already for non A5 devices.... I haven't seen anything for A5 devices yet. I am not going to update until the untethered JB comes out for 5.1. I haven't seen anything in the update that would make me want to go back to stock for who knows how long.

nobody knows. not even the individual who will eventually find the exploit. the way we get it is by people who do it as a "side project" -- on their free time

this is exactly why i would have no qualms with paying for a faster Untethered JB
