Custom/repeat ringtones and vibrate?

I have been searching and searching for something that will allow me to repeat ringtones/vibration 'x' number of times as well as allow me to set custom ringtones (different ringtones/repeats for each email account for example to distinguish between personal and work accounts).

I came across an app called Vibrafications, however, Cydia does not allow install as the OS compatbility is unknown.

Is there anything out there that maybe I missed?
