iPhone Backup Files Location

Where are backups stored of an iPhone on a Windows computer. My girlfriend wants to restore from a backup, but she'll lose her jailbreak and unlock if she does. What I want to do is have her send me her backup files so I can restore from one of those and re-jailbreak and unlock from here on my on Mac OS X

On Windows 7:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\

In there, it's in a random ~40 digit alphanumeric folder from there.

The AppData folder is hidden, so you will have to unhide it.

Store iPhone backup without iTunes. Use third party iphone 4 contacts backup utility.
