What are the common reasons for a Jailbroken iPhone4 to respire into Safe Mode? Could themes have something to do with the issue or something else? Thanks in advance !!

apps that don't properly work or are not compatible with the version of iOS you are running. It can be a number of things.

Most of the time the themes that have heavy graphics. But safe mode protects your iDevice from MobileSubstrate from messing up. But if you have tons and tons of themes that you don't use, try to remove some.
